• 500 gr Bloater tuna
• 1 bunch Basil
• 2 pcs Tomatoes, cut into pieces
• to taste Banana leaves, for wrapping
GROUND SPICES:
• 8 grains Shallots
• 5 grains Garlic
• 8 pcs Big red chilies
• 10 pcs Cayenne pepper
• 2 pcs Tomatoes
• 5 grains Candlenut
• 1 tbsp Brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Broth powder
How to Make
1. Clean the Bloater tuna, remove the head and thorns, set aside.
2. Puree all the spices, add brown sugar, salt and powdered broth. Stir well.
3. Take 1 banana leaf, put the tuna to taste then give 2 tablespoons of the mashed seasoning. Add chopped tomatoes and basil leaves.
4. Roll a banana leaf to wrap, securing the ends with a stick or toothpick. Do it until it's all gone.
5. Steam for 20 minutes until the peppers are cooked.
