• 350 g tuna, diced
• 3 Tbsp lime juice ️
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 5 tbsp oil
• 10 lime leaf
• 4 lemongrass stalks, take the white part, bruised
• 1 tsp chicken flavoring
• 1 Tbsp Light Sweet Soy Sauce
Sambal(Chili Sauce), puree
• 150 g onion
• 15 red chili
• 10 red chili
• 3 garlic clove
• 2 cm ginger
How to make
1. Coat the tuna with salt and 1 tablespoon lime juice evenly.
2. Heat the oil, cook the tuna while flipping until cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. Sambal: Heat the remaining oil from frying fish, stir-fry the sambal until fragrant and cooked. Add chicken flavoring and Light Sweet Soy Sauce, stir. Lift.
4. Add the remaining lime juice, mix well. Serve.
