• 1 pack Instant noodles with spices
• 1 handful Raw Prawn crackers, soak in hot water until soft.
• 3 pieces Meatball, sthinly sliced
• 1 Egg
• 2 sticks Green mustard, cut into pieces
• 300 ml Water
• 2 tbsp Cooking oil
GROUND SPICES:
• 1 clove Garlic
• 2 grains Shallots
• 5 pieces Red cayenne pepper
• 2 pieces Curly red chilies
• 1 cm Aromatic ginger
How to Make
1. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Add water and cook until it boils.
2. Enter the sliced meatballs, instant noodles and crackers, mix well. Cook until half cooked.
3. Add the green mustard and eggs, stir gently so that the eggs are grainy, cook until thick.
4. Before being removed, add the instant noodle seasoning, mix well, then remove and serve immediately.
5. TIPS
√ You can use any flavor of Indomie or Instant noodles, but you should choose a neutral or non-specific flavor so that the distinct taste is dominant. For example, the taste of onion chicken, chicken broth, special chicken, or fried indomie.
√ If you don't like the taste of instant noodles, don't use instant noodle seasoning and replace it with salt and powdered broth to taste.
