The main ingredient 

• 500 g potatoes, peeled and cut into 4 parts 
• 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced 
• 3 tsp all-purpose flour 
• 1 chicken egg yolk 
• 1 chicken egg white 
• water 
• 350 ml vegetable oil 

Ground spices 

• 5 red onion 
• 2 garlic clove ️ 
• 1/2 tsp white pepper powder 
• 2 tsp chicken flavoring

How to make

1. Steam the potato pieces until cooked and soft. Remove and set aside.

2. Grind the ground spices with a mortar and pestle, including chicken flavoring.

3. Saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked. Remove and put in a medium bowl.

4. In the bowl, mix the potatoes and ground spices. Add celery, egg yolk, and flour. Mash the potatoes and mix the dough balls until smooth.

5. Take a little dough, then shape the dough into a flat ball. Set aside. Repeat this step until the dough runs out.

6. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Dip the cakes in egg white, then fry in hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Lift and drain.
