Sweet buns leather
• 15 tbsp medium protein flour
• 35 tbsp low protein flour
• 250 ml water
• 6 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp instant yeast
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp full cream milk powder
• 2 tbsp white margarine

How to make
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in 250 ml of water, let stand 15 minutes until foamy
2. Mix in a separate bowl, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk powder, mix well.
3. Add the sugar and yeast solution, then knead by hand until half-fluffy.
4. Add white margarine, knead again until really fluffy. Let the dough rest for 40 minutes.
5. After the dough has risen, deflate and divide the dough to be colored.
6. Divide the dough into 50gr each, then round it, let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
7. After 10 minutes fill the dough with the filling meses, then round again. Let stand 20 minutes
8. Then decorate the sweet buns according to your taste, I decorate it with the shape of a bear and a Christmas deer. While heating the steamer on medium heat.
9. After the steam is hot, steam the decorated sweet buns for 10 minutes.
10. Sweet buns are ready to be served, after the hot steam is gone, they can be packaged in plastic to keep them soft.
