It's just so easy to make. First of all, it is enough to stir-fry the ground spices consisting of shrimp paste, onions, chilies, and tomatoes. Add bay leaf to make it more fragrant. After the spices are cooked, then stir-fry with boiled eggs and of course Sweet Soy Sauce. Season with salt and pepper and add water. While waiting for everything to cook, add a secret that makes this dish even more delicious. Yes, we add lime leaves!

Ingredient 

• 8 chicken eggs, boiled, peeled, fried until skinned 

• 2 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce 

• 1 bay leaf 

• 4 lime leaves, remove the bones 

• 1 tsp salt ️ 

• 1/8 tsp white pepper powder 

• 300 ml of water 

• 3 tbsp cooking oil, for frying 

Ground Spices

• 1 tsp shrimp paste, burn 

• 10 red onion 

• 4 garlic clove 

• 5 red chili 

• 5 curly red chili 

• 1 tomatoes

How to make 

1. Heat the cooking oil. Saute ground spices, and bay leaf until fragrant. 

2. Add eggs and Sweet Soy Sauce. Stir well. 

3. Add salt and pepper. Stir well. 

4. Pouring water. Cook until boiling. Add lime leaves. Cook until cooked and absorbed.
